Clan Sinclair USA Annual General Meeting (AGM), June 6-7, 2008

·         Three (3) Chiefs to attend, including our own The Right Honorable The Earl of Caithness, Malcolm Sinclair

·         Over 50 Clans and Associations, Expecting approximately 20 Pipe Bands

·         High energy Downtown Greenville Parade on Friday evening, 6:00pm, JOIN US and march in the parade!

·         Gathering of the Clans Reception (Friday) at the historic Westin Poinsett Hotel, Downtown

·         Ceilidh (Friday) with Albannach and Hunting MacLeod at the amphitheater near the Peace Center

·         AGM and Photo session will be held at approximately 1:00pm at the Younts Conference Center at the Games.

 Get your Patrons Package to attend the Calling of the Clans Reception Friday evening, tickets to the Games, parking pass, program, admission to the Sponsor’s and Patron’s tent on Saturday and much more.   Go to:  http://www.clansinclairsc.org and click on the “Clans Information” link … download a Patrons Registration Form and get it in quickly!  Mail it or if you pay by credit card, you may fax it to 864-322-5646.  You may also get the information by calling the Games office at 864-292-0373.  If there are any problems getting this form from the Games office, call me at 864-268-3550 and I’ll mail/e-mail/fax a form to you.

HOST HOTEL: The Phoenix Inn, a locally owned Greenville Inn will be the Host Hotel for Clan Sinclair with $79.00/per night rate (plus 10% room tax) for up to four guests per room.  Make your reservations by calling the Phoenix Inn at 1-800-257-3529.  Their website is www.phoenixgreenvillesinn.com, however you cannot get the preferred room rate on-line.  When you call, mention that you are with Clan Sinclair and the Greenville Scottish Games for this special room rate!
