Will of Robert Sinclair

In the name of God Amen; I Robert Sinclair of the District of Union and State of South Carolina, (Taylor) Being sick and weak in body but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding praised be to God for the same do make and declare this to be my last will and Testament; in the manner and form following; That is to say; It is my will and Desire that all just demands against me or my estate be paid out of my propterty real and personal property; I wish my Executor to Sell; The residence of which after my debts are paid with all the money due me, I will and bequeath unto Nancy Martin wife of Patrick Martin of Newberry District of State aforesaid It is my will that my apprentice boy Tarlton Renfro shall have his freedom at my death, and that my Executors give him but of my estate a new suit of clothes; I give and bequeath unto my friend John Martin (Taylor) my too pair of large shears, I likewise give and bequeath unto Patrick Martin Father of the aforesaid John my wearing apparell that is the whole of my clothing and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint that the said Patrick Martin & Wm. McMahan of Union District executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former will and Testaments at any time heretofore by me made and do declare this to be my last will and testament.  In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name this twenty eight day of July and in the year of our Lord one Thousand Eight hundred and seven.
