Dear Knights, Dames and Guests: 

You are cordially invited to attend the Spring Convent of the Priory of Saint Vincent on Saturday, April 25, 2009, in what should be a Fully Blooming Columbia, South Carolina.  Family and friends are welcome! 

Room reservations can be made at Embassy Suites (Hilton) in Columbia, 200 Stoneridge Dr. (@ Greystone & I-126), Columbia, South Carolina 29210.  Phone: 803-252-8700 or toll free 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-2779).   See Page 3 for details of the superb hotel amenities.

Our block of rooms is reserved until April 3, 2009.   After that date, the Hotel cannot guarantee that accommodations will be available and the room rate reverts to the then current rate plus tax.   Other area hotels are on next page. All are relatively close to St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church where the C&I will be held Saturday, April 25. 

Friday, April 24

         5:30 – 7:30 pm         Guest Reception, with light Hors d’ Oeuvres, in the Atrium @ the Waterfall. The Priory Reception will be adjacent to the Hotels Managers Reception. Room reservations include reception bar service for 2 hours: Soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits..

Saturday, April 25

         7:00 -10:30 am         Breakfast at ES, Cooked to order, included in room fees

         9:00 -11:30 am         Priory Council Meeting in Salon G, Embassy Suites.

         3:00 pm                    Convent Preparation and Practice at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church,

                                           900 Calhoun St., Columbia.

         4:00 pm                    Convent at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church.                                                                 

         6:00 pm                    Reception w/ Cash bar (6:00 pm) & Banquet (7:00 pm) at the Embassy Suites,Salon AB.   Dress: Military, Scottish, or Black Tie with decorations.   

Sunday, April 26

         7:00 -10:30 am       Breakfast at ES, Cooked to order, included in room fees

                           Communion Services at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church and other area churches.
